Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Chhori Fit collects, why, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.

Who we are
Chhori Fit is a women's performance nutrition brand operating in India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Chhori Fit is the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described below.
You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@chhorifit.com.
What we collect
There are two ways we collect data, and they are quite different in kind.
- Information you give us. When you request an invite, we ask for your full name, email address, mobile number and city. That is the entire form — there are no other fields, hidden or otherwise.
- Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics, which records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is done with cookies and similar technologies.
What we do not collect
We do not take payments on this site, so we never see or store card numbers, UPI IDs, bank details or any other financial information.
We do not ask for health information, and we ask that you do not send us any. We have no accounts or passwords, so there are no credentials to lose.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your invite request and, if you are invited, to arrange and deliver your order.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To understand which parts of the site people read, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build profiles for advertising.
Consent
We collect the details in the invite form only because you chose to submit them for the purpose described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and we will erase your details unless we are required by law to keep them.
Withdrawing consent does not make our earlier processing unlawful, but it stops any further processing.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers, each for a specific job:
- Google — Google Sheets and Apps Script store your invite request; Google Analytics measures site usage; Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Vercel — hosts the website and runs the function that records your request.
- Resend — sends us a notification email when a request arrives, where enabled.
Where your data is stored
The site is served from infrastructure that includes servers in Mumbai, but our providers are global and your data may be stored or processed outside India, including in the United States.
By submitting the form you consent to that transfer. We only use providers that offer contractual protections for personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep invite requests for as long as we are still running the invited launch and for a reasonable period afterwards to serve customers who joined through it. If you ask us to erase your details, we will do so promptly.
Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set on our Analytics property, after which it is deleted automatically.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data of yours we hold and how we are using it.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed.
- Have your data erased.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
- Complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it.
To exercise any of these, email hello@chhorifit.com with enough detail for us to find your record — the reference code shown when you submitted the form is ideal. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Cookies
The site sets cookies through Google Analytics to measure usage. These are not necessary for the site to work — if you block or clear them, everything still functions and you will simply not be counted in our statistics.
You can control cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted the form, tell us and we will erase the record.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to the sheet holding invite requests is limited to people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting data you have already given us will be notified by email where we can reach you.
Contact and grievances
For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, write to hello@chhorifit.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
