The invite-only launch

Chhori Fit is currently available by invitation. Submitting the form is a request, not a purchase and not a binding order, and it does not guarantee you will be invited.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. We may close, pause or change the invited launch at any time, and we may decline any request without giving a reason.

Who may use this site

You must be 18 or older to submit an invite request. The site is aimed at customers in India, and we currently arrange delivery within India only.

Creatine monohydrate is widely studied and is generally considered safe for healthy adults, but individual circumstances differ. Speak to your doctor before taking any supplement, and particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a kidney or liver condition, take prescription medication, or have any ongoing medical condition.

Stop taking the product and seek medical advice if you have an adverse reaction. Our products are nutritional supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Product information

Chhori Fit Women's Creatine is creatine monohydrate, 3 g per serving, 30 servings in a 100 g pack.

We take care to describe the product accurately, but the label and packaging supplied with the product you receive is what governs. Ingredients, flavours and packaging may change. Images are illustrative and colours vary between screens.

Orders, payment and delivery

No payment is taken on this site. If you are invited, we will arrange your order and payment with you directly and tell you what to expect on delivery, pricing and returns at that point.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate contact details, so we can actually reach you.
• Do not submit anyone else's personal details without their knowledge.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit the form automatically or at volume, or access parts of it you have not been given access to.

Intellectual property

The Chhori Fit name, logo, packaging design, photography and the text on this site belong to us. A trademark application for the Chhori Fit mark has been filed and is pending.

You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without our written permission. You are of course welcome to link to the site.

Links to other sites

The site links to our Instagram profile and may link elsewhere. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for the site itself is nil.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
